INCLUSIONS : Indoor Venue (3,000+ sq ft) , outdoor fated patio , chandelier ambient dimmable lighting, tables, chairs, Mobile Bar (no server), built-in wet bar, champagne/dessert cart, built-in grass wall backdrops, kitchenette (sink, fridge, freezer, microwave), DJ area, host suite**, unisex restrooms (handicap accessible), central heating/air, wireless bluetooth speakers, street/public parking, and access to our preferred vendor list. *package pricing excludes wedding and reception reservations

**inclusions on selected packages only​​ *Reservations requires initial $500 non-refundable payment to hold reservation date. Payment will be applied to total balance due.  Final Balance due within 30 days of initial payment (if reservation date 6 months or more, final due within 60 days of initial payment).   We accept cash, cashiers check, Zelle, credit cards, and Affirm (coming soon). Cleaning Security Deposit is due within 14 days prior to reservation date  $250  via cash or Zelle only. Certificate of Insurance ($1million Coverage) required (you may use own or 3rd party referral,). Reservations booked within 10 days may be eligible for 10% off for last minute bookings.   Rates are subject to increase at anytime after August 20, 2025.​​​​​​

Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date and time of your reservation. This retainer is applied toward your total rental balance. Remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement. Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The initial retainer payment is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Any subsequent balance payments (beyond the retainer) are refundable only if cancellation is made within 30 days making reservation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this 30-day refund window. Subsequent payments are transferrable if notified within 90 days of reservation date and/or at the discretion of the venue.
