Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date and time of your reservation. This retainer is applied toward your total rental balance. Remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement. Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The initial retainer payment is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Any subsequent balance payments (beyond the retainer) are refundable only if cancellation is made within 30 days making reservation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this 30-day refund window. Subsequent payments are transferrable if notified within 90 days of reservation date and/or at the discretion of the venue.
